Frequently asked questions
What exactly is a “circle”?
A circle is a group of peers organised around your social channels. When you publish to a circle, its members get notified on the channels they’ve opted into — so your content reaches an engaged, relevant audience instead of shouting into the void.
Why are my dashboard numbers low?
They start small and grow with activity. Every time a circle member clicks one of your posts from the Omni Wall, it counts toward your clicks, supporters and engagement. Publish consistently and support peers back to see them climb.
What does the red number on “Omni Wall” mean?
It’s the count of new posts published since you last opened the Omni Wall — just like notification badges on social apps. It clears automatically the moment you open the wall.
Can I schedule a post for later?
Yes. On the Publish page choose Schedule, set a future date and time (in your local timezone), and the post stays completely private — no notifications, tracking, or feed activity — until it publishes.
How do I control which notifications I get?
For each circle you belong to, open Manage channels and enable only the platforms you care about. You can change this any time, and you can only subscribe to channels the circle actually publishes to.
Is my data private and secure?
Your circles and posts are only visible to members of those circles. Sign-in is secured, and remote access to the platform is locked down. You control your profile and what you publish.
